Bespoke design and hand made, Artistic, Asymetric, Textured Gold Ring. Wax carved and sand cast in store using our customer's remodelled gold.

Design and Production Process

  • Wax carving prototype of the bespoke Artistic, Asymetric, Textured Gold Ring. Wax carved and sand cast in store, using our customer's remodelled gold at Golden Snowdrop Jewellers in Shaftesbury, Dorset near Sherborne.

    The first stage of the process was making the wax carved prototype to our customer's specifications. The wax was hand carved into the correct shape and the texture was added by our jeweller in store.

  • Sand Casting of the bespoke Artistic, Asymetric, Textured Gold Ring. Wax carved and sand cast in store, using our customer's remodelled gold at Golden Snowdrop Jewellers in Shaftesbury, Dorset near Sturminster Newton.

    The second stage of the process was using the wax to sand cast the mould for the ring. Our customer's old Gold was then melted and poured into the sand cast mould.

    The third stage of the process was finishing and polishing the asymetric, textured ring ready for our customer to collect.

The Final Piece

The finished piece, an Artistic, Asymetric, Textured Gold Ring. Wax carved and sand cast by hand for the desired, organic look and texture in our store in Shaftesbury.
