About Us

Golden Snowdrop is an independent jewellery store with a difference. Our priority is to design and craft meaningful quality that resonated with our customers.

We believe that every piece should have a story to tell, from bespoke engagement rings using family diamonds, to a pair of silver studs handmade locally.

Founded in 2020 by Stephanie Longhurst a Gemmologist, Diamond Specialist and Designer.

Golden Snowdrop was inspired by Stephanie's idea of an ideal jewellery store that specialises in bespoke and remodelled fine jewellery, alongside Vintage and local Artisan made pieces.

The Golden Snowdrop Team

  • Pip

    Customer Relations

Without doubt the Boss of the shop, Pip is head of customer relations and an expert in her field.

    Favourite collection:
Raindrop collection - because it reminds her of countryside scents on long walks after fresh rainfall (and that reminds her of muddy puddles).

    Best part of the job:
Greeting customers and receiving chin scratches from all her adoring fans.

  • Stephanie

    Founder and Designer

Stephanie Longhurst: Our founder, Gemmologist, Diamond Grader, Designer, Jewellery fanatic and metal enthusiast.

Favourite collection:Dragonfly collection- She loves the symbolism behind it, its femininity and the technical aspects behind making it.

    Best part of the job:
All of it! If she has to choose, working with her customers to design their perfect pieces and the moment they open the box and see the final piece.

  • Lucinda

    Logistics Angel

The queen of organisation and logistics.

Lucinda over sees your repairs, keeps a close eye on our stock management and looks after our visual merchandising, all with exacting attention to detail and unparalleled proficiency.

    Favourite Collection:
Orbit - for its variety and colourful gemstones.

    Best part of the job:
Seeing the repaired and remodelled jewellery transformed when it is returned from the workshop, and putting together new window displays.

  • Naomi

    Customer Coordinator

Our most recent member of the team Naomi is already known for her sunny disposition, warm greetings and excellent customer service.

Favourite Collection: Glade- She loves the natural elements subtly incorporated into these pieces and the whimsical fairytale-esque ideals behind their design.

Best part of the Job: Working with our lovely customers and learning jewellery photography.
